Butters & Grant Caribbean Seafood Market is the proud supplier of high, quality, affordable seafood imports from Guyana and other South American
Countries into its flagship store located at 425 Central Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey.
(S. Burnett & Eppirit Streets).  Since B & G Caribbean Seafood Market is centrally located in the diversely populated Essex County we pledge that the variety
of our seafood products will satisfy any taste.

With our catch coming out of Guyana close to the mouth of The Amazon River makes our water very nutritious as there are no industrial plants in these remote
fishing areas – not only giving our exotic products a unique flavor but filled with all the necessary Omega3 and other nutrients which contribute to a long and
healthy life.  Our uniqueness is our process.  Our seafood is frozen just once, after it is scaled and gutted the IQF (individually quick frozen) process is
introduced -- B & G’s seafood is never thawed and refrozen.

B & G’s seafood is professionally processed by El Jay Associates Limited who are conveniently located at Lot 5 Public Road, Land of Canaan, East Bank
Demerara, Guyana.  El Jay’s seafood  processing plant is HAACP Certified per United States, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) standards and processes all
top quality products -- fillet, steak, smoked, skinned and many other seafood products in demand.  Butters & Grant Caribbean Seafood Market is El Jay
Associate’s sole distributor in the New Jersey area.

exact specification, and our quality control expertise insures that you receive fresh high quality seafood with each and every delivery.

Butters & Grant Caribbean Seafood is managed and owned by Allison Butters-Grant and her husband, Kerwin Grant.  The fruition of this dream was inspired by
her parents who were the owners of Leslie & Alma Butters Fish & Shrimp Company located at Weiting and Richter wharf in Guyana -- the fire is being re-lit with
Butters & Grant Caribbean Seafood Market, Inc.  Being seasoned seafood buyers we scan the glove of South America to bring you a diverse selection of seafood
